Your sample will not be processed until registration is completed. When your unregistered sample is received at the lab, an email titled “Please register the kit you mailed” will be sent to email address provided when the order was placed.
If you purchased a kit through an authorized retailer (CVS or Walgreens) and did not register before sending back to the lab, please contact Pixel by Labcorp® customer service at (800) 833-3935.
