In-Person Lab Tests
There is a $20 non-refundable administrative and provider order fee for all tests. You may request a refund of the purchase price less the non-refundable fee within 1 year of your purchase, if you haven’t yet provided your test sample. Tests are only valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After 1 year, your purchase will be void and you can no longer visit the lab for testing or receive a refund.
At-Home Test Kits
There is a $45 non-refundable kit fee for all tests. You may request a refund within 60 days of your purchase if you haven’t yet submitted your sample to the lab. Samples that have already been submitted for testing cannot be cancelled or refunded. Exception: If you’re purchasing the Men's Rapid Fertility Test, Men's Rapid Fertility Test Refill Kit, or the First To Know® Syphilis Test all sales are final.
