If you ordered a Pixel by Labcorp® COVID-19 at-home collection kit, we'll send you an email when your kit has shipped and when it has been delivered. Follow the enclosed instructions to register your kit and collect your sample. Use the included FedEx overnight shipping envelope to return your sample to our laboratory, following all the instructions on what to include with your sample. You will receive an email when your results are ready and can be accessed through your Labcorp OnDemand® or Pixel by Labcorp® account.
We also offer the option to be tested at participating Labcorp patient service centers for $119 by selecting COVID-19 Test-Symptom Free / Unexposed as the Service Selected. After you place your order, we’ll send you an email with your lab requisition number once. Once you receive this email, you can visit a participating Labcorp patient service center for your sample collection. Appointments are required if you plan to visit the lab before noon, but walk-ins are accepted in the afternoon. Please make sure the Service Selected is for the (COVID-19 Test-Symptom Free / Unexposed) since not every location provides this service type. Please be sure to bring your requisition number and photo ID with you for your lab visit.
