I forgot to use the promo code at checkout and already had my sample collected. Can I still get a refund?

If you have already visited a Labcorp location and provided your sample(s) for testing, we cannot cancel your order or refund your payment. Testing will be completed and results will be available in your Labcorp OnDemand account.
